Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a travel package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website where you plan to or have purchased tickets.

How do I place my order?

All Luke Bryan Country On VIP Experience and Two Lane Grass Pass tickets must be purchased online. Tickets will go on-sale Wednesday February 1st at 10 AM local venue time. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package of choice, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order.

Do the Country On VIP Experience and Two Lane Grass Pass tickets have an age restriction?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local venue’s website for more information.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout for the Country On VIP Experience?

Guests will have the opportunity to select a premium reserved Seat or GA ticket where available.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them. Some GA tickets, like those included in the Country On Experience are GA PIT which are closest to the stage, or in the Two Lane Grass Pass, GA LAWN which is the lawn that is behind the seats in the amphitheater. Our VIP tickets include early entry to the venue which allows GA guests to have first access to the floor or lawn.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.

What is included in my VIP upgrade?

Your VIP upgrade contains all of the elements of a VIP ticket package, NOT including a ticket to the event.

Does my VIP upgrade purchase include a ticket to the event?

NO! You must have a ticket to the show or the VIP upgrade is INVALID.

What are my options for the VIP upgrades?

We have 2 options available for purchase.


  • Dedicated venue entrance (subject to availability)

  • Invitation to “Luke’s Lounge” before the show featuring:

    • Stripped down acoustic pre-show performance of two songs by Luke Bryan

    • The “Play It Again Exhibit” featuring memorabilia, photos and more!

    • Complimentary snacks and a cash bar* *Subject to local liquor laws

  • (1) One VIP laminate

  • (1) One exclusive limited edition Luke Bryan VIP merchandise gift

  • On site event host

TWO LANE GRASS PASS (for upgrades to lawn purchase)

  • Early venue entrance and access to the lawn

  • (1) One exclusive limited edition Luke Bryan beach blanket

  • On site event host

The Two Lane Grass Pass will only be available at select venues

How do I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise must be picked up on-site at the local venue. 100x will make this easy for you at the venue check-in as well as provide further instructions via email in the days leading up to your event. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

What time should I show up to the venue for “Luke’s Lounge” pre-show performance?

A few days before the event we will email you specific instructions and detailed information regarding location and time of check-in. These times may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.

Is parking included with my VIP ticket purchase?

Parking is not included with the VIP ticket. Please check your local venue’s website for all parking details.

If I purchase a platinum ticket, is that the same as a VIP?

Platinum Tickets are not VIP Tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to VIP areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to filter on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the VIP Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the VIP program, please contact 100xhospitality Guest Services immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the event name and your order number when emailing.

Can I use my 100X package for a promotional giveaway?
